The RFOT is available with probes in different lengths and thicknesses (so also for smaller meat products).
The RFOT is perfect for use in smokers, ovens and other cooking processes up to 100 °C (212 °F) as well as in refrigerators and freezers up to -20 °C (-4 °F). It is fully splash proof and withstands wash down cycles. This state-of-the-art device takes internal product temperatures and sends them to a central computer for real-time monitoring.
The RFOT should never be paired with a computer considering it was developed for two-way wireless communication.
