The HiTemp140 can store up to 32,700 readings, and provides a straight external probe to measure higher temperatures, up to 260°C (500°F), available up to 7″ lengths. The device provides data and time readings, and has a non volatile solid state memory that will retain the data even if the battery runs out.
Using the software is “start, stop and download simple and easy. Graphical, tabular and summarized data is provided for analysis and data can be viewed in °C, °F, K or °R.
The data can also be automatically exported to Excel® for further calculations.
